Goals

My goals

I am not trying to lose weight, I don’t need to.

I am very small boned 5’4” 22 years old and I weigh about 105lbs. Instead my goal is for over all health and I would like to lose a tiny bit of body fat so I can have some nice definition in my muscles ;)

I have never really exercised on purpose but when I was younger I was outside ALL the time. I was homeschooled and  lived on a farm so there was always something to climb, jump off of , wrestle with (I also had 5 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters so there was a LOT of that haha!) , run away from (beware angry mama cows) and chores to do.

BUT the last year or two I have not been as active on the farm because of life…(my small stint in college that didnt last because of money, jobs, not wanting to be active etc) so I have not done much and have become rather a weakling.

Then in May 2010 I got married to a man who is more active than I am and wants to be more active than he is….and I want to keep up ;)

So now I have been working out and doing fun things like frisbee golf, mountain biking, more hiking, ect.

My ultimate goal is to get down to 20% body fat, currently I am pregnant so I have no clue what I am at…and I wont care too much until after I have the baby.

My other goals are

1. Get six pack abs before my husband ;)

2. Run 3 miles without stopping

3.Touch my toes

4. Do a handstand (not there yet)

5. Do 100 push ups (Just did it  in 6 min on april 6 2011 ;)  )

6. Drink enough water (I have been doing this for a month now )

7. Eat healthy

8. After the baby is born get back into shape (not slim down necessarily ) before the end of summer.

9. someday do a sprint triathlon

10. get much better at Parkour ;)

These are my current goals I am trying for. I have a long way to go but Im plugging at it ;)
