well my husbands new job is going to be horrible to live with….He left at 3:30am and hes not back yet and its around 8:00pm….arggg!

I was bored...
so yea I was bored so I went and biked on our bike trainer (a thing you hook your bike up to so you can bike indoors…its winter give me a break…hehe). Did 20 min ;) Oh and thanks Nikki from Hello Fitness for the comment ;)

Happiness!
Today for lunch I get to eat…duh duh DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SQUID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) YAY I LOVE SQUID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyhow no I have to figured out how I want to cook it….hmmm…. Stationary biked 10 min Ran 10 min. I have noticed that my cardio is getting better as are my legs. Casey says thats because my body has gotten used to running so now its working on the cardio because the legs are strong enough now.

Rest day today because my husband (who is my workout partner and coach) has the flu and I think I have a touch of it myself so we are going to lay low until monday so we get better. Thats it for today Peash

Ouch I worked my legs to much yesterday and then lo and behold todays workout had a lot of leg work in it…needless to say I didnt do to well. I finished every rep of the first three exercises in every round but when it came to the last exercise I did very bad. Todays workout was 11 min of cardio on the stationary bike (its winter out) and 11 min of running. I am trying to add a min each time I do cardio so I can keep improving. Breakfast: Slept in oops Lunch: brown rice and veggies Dinner: homemade chicken pot pie Thats it for today, Peash

Today the workout was painful lol! It was 6 min of interval training, followed by 8 min of push up lunge combos, followed by another 6 min of interval training with different exercises. After that I was supposed to do 20 min of cardio but i only did 4 min of hard cardio before I felt things coming back up from my stomach so I walked for the rest of the time. Here are my scores ...

Today for a workout I did cardio. I’m working hard on that because I have very bad cardio and I want to have good cardio so I can get better at biking.  Any how today I ran 10 min, and biked on a stationary bike for ten min.
