I like this so much. I weigh myself often, but only because I understand my body’s fluctuations and don’t stress when I put on a pound of water weight magically overnight. Even when you eat over maintenance calories, remember you have to consume 3,500 calories to gain a single pound. If you have a nice cheat day and wake up heavier, don’t forget to remember that. It’s very hard to gain a real pound overnight.
Don’t let the scale own you.


I weigh myself once a week, but I dont care too much about the numbers usually…until the baby is born I will be caring about weight to make sure im gaining enough but when I wasnt pregnant I only weighed myself because I wanted to make sure I wasnt over exercising and loosing weight….weight dosnt matter people HEALTH does! (think super muscly blacksmiths that look overweight but could crush you like a bug lol!)So dont set a goal weight set a goal fitness level!
