I should start posting up my “workouts” again
The reason I havent been doing so is because I have not been doing any planned workouts. I have come to the conclusion though that what I do every day CAN be counted as movement, little though it is.
Any movement I record should be enough for me because of my current condition and should be up for me to look at.
and so the housework workouts begin! (hey scrubbing out a shower takes muscle!)
