after one week of trying the meal plan to a tee i am going to try to make the same breakfast and lunch for every day but keep the different dinners, purely because of the fact that with a one year old its hard for me to find time to cook something complicated for every meal so this way i can make an easy breakfast, pre cook lunch at the start of the week, and focus everything else on dinner. Experiment time!
