Today I went for a 12.63 mile ride.
We took it at a leisurely pace so it took us about 1 hour and 29 min ;)

Thats a road and it used to be completely under water. It has gone down.
uhhh I dont have any rewards….. haha! It just feels good to finish things so I dont need much motivation other than “do ten more then you can rest for 10 seconds” or “ok now your hungry do 25 burpees or you cant have a snack” and “YAY I DID IT! IM ON TOP OF THE WORLD!”
So yea I guess those could count as rewards so here is my pictures of them haha!

So today for lunch I went to a lutefisk feed and ate sweedish meatballs, lefse, potatoes and a tiny bit of lutefisk which seems to be growing on me even though ive hated it ever sense i was 2 haha!
It was a norsk heritage kinda thing because I live in an area where a lot of the residents are norwegian in herritage…myself included though I am a bit of a mutt.
I have no idea what the calories were but im assuming it was rather high.
After that my husband and I went shopping with my mother-in-law (who we are living with at the moment) and I got this really cool magazine about veggies and how to cook and grow them . It has a TON of recipies for things like kale that I have no idea how to cook .
