10 min of balance work yoga SO HARD!!!!!!!

bonus….it entertained my son…though he seemed to be afraid I was going to fall on him during the yoga….yea it was bad haha!

 Plus Level one 30 Day Shred and I will do 8 more min of yoga before bed to relax me ;)

I was only able to do the beginners for the mini squats and mini reverse pushups after round 10 lol!  I was able to do full for the high knees (though my high knees kept getting lower ) and for the jump tucks.

After that I did the pop pilates stretching video. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ia5ZTVQnsBw&feature=player_embedded )

I found that although I am unable to touch my toes I can do a full bridge perfectly with no problem …weird aye?

Tonight I am still going to do yoga but I think Ill not do much if any other workouts for the day because I dont want to over train ;)
