These are all done holding a screaming baby in an effort to soothe him to sleep with gentle movement…they were all done super slow.

first set routine I have done in a while lately I have just been winging it and doing random things.

I did 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest intervals of these leg exercises (I was going to go through it twice but I didnt want to work too hard so I only did it once)

I did weights today…only 5lbs but im happy with that right now

I was able to get a decent light workout without raising my heart rate too high ;) yay!

I may end up doing some indoor cycling or some walking outside later today too…yay for working out! ;)

6 min of moderate spinning on an indoor trainer made me tired :( oh well back to level one….time to start again!

Deep cleaning both bedrooms, vacuuming the bedrooms,wiping down the bathrooms and the kitchen, baking bread (quite the arm workout) and cooking dinner.

Deep Cleaned both bathrooms (scrubbed showers, toilets, sinks, floors, and mirrors)

Lightly cleaned the rest of the house

endured the husbands tickling hehe! (jk I like that)
